Ambomo Meneva is a development practitioner, social impact leader, and advocate for inclusive community transformation. As the Founder and President of Mami Dem Voice, she provides strategic leadership to initiatives designed to empower women, girls, youth, and vulnerable populations to participate meaningfully in sustainable development.

Her professional experience spans civic engagement, public health, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Gender-Based Violence prevention, and community development. Through collaboration with communities and diverse stakeholders, she has contributed to programs addressing social, health, and development challenges.

Meneva's leadership is grounded in the belief that sustainable change grows from communities themselves. She founded MADEV to strengthen locally led solutions and place people at the center of development processes.

Through MADEV, she advances initiatives focused on human rights, gender equality, community resilience, leadership, and sustainable livelihoods. Her work continues to promote approaches that enable communities to identify priorities, participate in solutions, and lead change.

Nfor Yvette Beri

Nfor Yvette Beri is an accountant and financial management professional serving as Finance Officer at Mami Dem Voice. She brings experience supporting development and conservation initiatives, with a strong focus on financial accountability, responsible resource management, and organisational effectiveness.

Her experience includes managing financial operations for initiatives addressing Gender-Based Violence prevention, health, civic education, and wildlife conservation. These experiences have strengthened her ability to manage financial processes while maintaining accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Yvette holds a Master of Science in Management. She combines technical financial expertise with a strong commitment to sustainable development and social impact.

At MADEV, she contributes to sound financial management and organisational systems that support effective delivery of community-centered programs.

Nypayeh Ranibelle

Nypayeh Ranibelle is a health professional and nurse serving as Health Adviser at Mami Dem Voice. She is committed to strengthening community health and contributing to initiatives that improve health awareness, access, and well-being.

She has contributed to health promotion activities and community-focused initiatives, bringing practical nursing experience to MADEV's work.

Ranibelle holds a Higher National Diploma in Nursing and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing Science. Her professional development reflects her commitment to continuous learning and improved health outcomes.

Nangpay Linda Tagni

Nangpay Linda Tagni is a dedicated professional with experience in administration, finance, and education. She serves as Secretary at Mami Dem Voice, where she supports effective coordination, communication, documentation, and day-to-day organisational operations.

Her administrative experience includes record keeping, reporting, office coordination, and organisational support. She brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to administrative responsibilities.

Linda is also an experienced teacher with a strong interest in education and knowledge development. Her experience in teaching has strengthened her communication, leadership, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Lem Pamela Akongoh

Lem Pamela Akongoh is a marketing professional with experience in data collection and community engagement. At Mami Dem Voice, she contributes to gender, protection, and advocacy activities designed to strengthen awareness and support community well-being.

Her experience in data collection contributes to evidence-informed programming and community engagement. She brings an interest in understanding community experiences and supporting initiatives that respond to identified needs.

Pamela is particularly passionate about mental health and community-based support. Through her work at MADEV, she contributes to efforts that promote awareness, inclusion, protection, and healthier communities.

Mandah Vera Jang

Mandah Vera Jang is a professional beautician and psychological support practitioner serving as Psychological Counsellor at Mami Dem Voice. She is passionate about supporting community mental health and contributing to initiatives that promote psychological well-being.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Psychology, giving her a foundation in psychological development, human behaviour, learning, and interpersonal support.

Vera is committed to helping individuals strengthen confidence, self-awareness, and self-understanding. Her approach focuses on creating supportive spaces where people feel heard, respected, and encouraged to develop positive coping and personal growth strategies.
